Responsible Gaming Policy

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

At Division 1, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and responsible entertainment environment. Our platform is NOT a gambling site, and we do not facilitate or support any form of real-money gambling. No purchase is ever necessary to participate in our games.

Our goal is to ensure that all customers have a positive experience while maintaining control over their gameplay habits. To support this, we provide a range of tools and resources designed to help you manage your gaming activity responsibly. This policy outlines our safeguards, player tools, and educational resources.

Our Core Commitment to Responsible Social Gaming

We encourage all customers to enjoy our social games in a safe and balanced manner. To us, responsible social gaming means:

Having fun while maintaining control over your playtime and any optional purchases.
Balancing gameplay with other important aspects of life, such as work, family, and social commitments.
Avoiding gameplay if you are under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances, or are feeling emotionally distressed.
Recognizing when gameplay stops being enjoyable and taking steps to regain control.

Encouraging Healthy Play

We advise our community to follow these healthy engagement tips:

Make use of our range of tools and resources to support responsible play.
Remember that all activity is for entertainment only.
Do not treat gameplay as a source of income or financial reward.
Take regular breaks and prioritize real-life obligations and responsibilities.
Remember that purchases are optional and are never required to participate.

Recognizing Signs of Gaming Behavior Concerns

Gameplay should always be a positive and entertaining experience. However, it is important to be aware of behaviors that may indicate a loss of control, such as:

Difficulty maintaining control over gaming activity or optional purchases.
Prioritizing gaming over personal responsibilities, relationships, or other interests.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not playing or participating in games.
Neglecting work, family, or social commitments to play games.
Continuing to play despite negative consequences in other areas of life.

If you are concerned about your gaming behavior, consider speaking with a qualified medical professional or counselor.

What to Do if You or Someone You Know Needs Help

If you or someone you know is experiencing challenges related to gaming behavior, we encourage you to:

Seek professional help by reaching out to a qualified medical professional or counselor.
Learn more about gaming behavior concerns and available support resources.
Connect with Gaming Addicts Anonymous for gaming-focused peer support.

Player Tools and Controls

Your well-being matters to us. We provide a range of tools and resources to support responsible play and help you manage your gaming activity.

For information about the tools available or assistance with taking a break, contact our support team via email at support@div1.us.

Self-Exclusion ("Take a Break")

Players may voluntarily request a break period by contacting our support team via email at support@div1.us. Options include breaks ranging from 1 day and up to 1 year. During this time:

You will not be able to log into your account or access any activities on the Platform.
Before taking action: Once Self-Exclusion is confirmed, it can't be reversed until the exclusion period has ended.
We will not email you to reactivate your account after your Self-Exclusion period ends. Your account will remain closed until you contact us. You will not receive any promotional communications from us.
Contact our support team via email at support@div1.us for additional information related to voluntarily requesting a break.

To request a break, contact support with your username and registered email address. Account reactivation requests after a break period will require additional verification steps, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of residency, and compliance review. Reactivation is subject to Division 1's sole discretion and may be denied if there are ongoing concerns about player welfare or compliance. All reactivation decisions are final.

Please do not attempt to circumvent a Self-Exclusion by registering a new customer account, creating new email addresses or otherwise disguising your identity to create a new account. Attempting to bypass this player safety tool may result in a permanent ban. We are not responsible for any actions or Gold Coin purchases made through new or additional accounts created to evade a Self-Exclusion. We recommend that any customer requesting Self-Exclusion also unfollow Division 1 on all social media channels.

Protecting Minors

We encourage players who share devices with minors to:

Enable parental controls.
Use appropriate parental control software.
Keep account credentials private and secure.
